Withdrawals and rates

How withdrawals work with Tranzak: routes, limits, and the HTG to USD rate when you withdraw your gourde balance to a US dollar account.

Withdrawals are requested from the dashboard (Withdrawals), not through the API. You choose the balance to withdraw from and where to receive the money.

Your payout accounts (MonCash number, bank account, Zelle email) are registered once under Wallet & Banque Connect in the dashboard.

Balances

Balances are kept separately per currency (HTG and USD) and are never added together.

  • Your main balance is held in gourdes. It is credited by MonCash and NatCash payments.
  • Your card balance is held in US dollars. It is credited by card payments.

Withdrawal routes

From To You receive Conversion
Main balance (HTG) MonCash HTG None. Up to 75,000 HTG per request, one pending MonCash withdrawal at a time.
Main balance (HTG) Bank transfer HTG None.
Main balance (HTG) Zelle USD 135 HTG = 1 USD
Card balance (USD) Zelle USD None.
Card balance (USD) MonCash or bank transfer HTG USD × Tranzak rate. See Exchange rate.

The minimum for a USD withdrawal is 1 USD.

Withdrawing your HTG balance as US dollars

When you withdraw your gourde balance to Zelle in US dollars, the amount is converted at 135 HTG per 1 USD:

USD received = HTG withdrawn ÷ 135, rounded to the cent
You withdraw Calculation You receive (Zelle)
13,500 HTG 13,500 ÷ 135 100.00 USD
5,000 HTG 5,000 ÷ 135 37.04 USD
27,000 HTG 27,000 ÷ 135 200.00 USD

Note The rate and the amount you will receive are shown on the withdrawal screen before you confirm, and the rate shown at confirmation is the one applied. Tranzak can change its rates at any time, so always rely on the rate displayed when you confirm.
